Google do not recycle account names; you cannot reuse that name.

Obviously, for security reasons, Google will not return the account, if you can't provide enough information to convince them that you are the rightful account holder.

Only two possibilities here - your account is deleted/permanently disabled, or you have made a mistake inputting the account name. (Hackers or yourself may have deleted the account. Google do not close inactive accounts.)

The message "Google doesn't provide another way to sign in to this account", or "cannot find account" , is not good news.

Details of your account activity are not useful. Nobody in Google can access your account to check. Google will not ask about these. Has a hacker changed information? When attempting AR, you need to input the details you used when creating the account, or which you may have amended later.

If you haven't set up backup options, follow the steps to recover your account. You can't close an account without being able to sign into it to prove you own the account I'm afraid.

If the account once did exist, and you get that message "can't find"; the account has been deleted and cannot be restored / name cannot be reused. Your best solution would be to discuss with the websites you need to access. Nothing can be done at Google's end.

Finally, use Can't sign into your Google Account. Make sure the answers to any questions that Google ask be as accurate as possible; take your time, and take care with your replies. Google do not provide any other options for account recovery.

No such thing as an "inactive" Gmail account. Either active, or not an account at all. The message "can't find account name" means account no longer exists; or may never have existed (typo perhaps when inputting account name?).

If Google require a number, and you cannot provide one, or you cannot open an account using the methods described above, then Google will not let you open the account.

ID or documentation of any sort cannot be accepted. These do not prove that you are the account holder, only, hopefully, who you are. As well as that, Google cannot authenticate these, as they were not asked for when the account was set up.
