Ratatouille YTP: Remy, The Rats, Stromboli and The Veggies kills Skinner & Health Inspector

The next morning, Ego puts his review in the newspaper but because Skinner and the Health Inspector had to be freed, the Health Inspector and Skinner tattle to the health department about Gusteau's kitchen being filled with rats; thus successfully getting it closed down and defunct.

However, Skinner gets surprised when Ego actually likes it. He races to the kitchen to find that Remy and his colony of rats cooked the dish, but he gets locked in the fridge. Despite this, the rats had to let him loose and Skinner reforms and sits in the new restaurant, being more proud at Linguini and the rats.

Remy decides to fix the soup only to be caught by Linguini. As Skinner comes to get the soup, Linguini traps Remy and is caught by Skinner, in which Skinner believed that Linguini was cooking in his kitchen. However, during the confrontation, someone took some of the soup to serve it to a guest.

Later, Remy is captured by Skinner, in which Django and Emile help rescue him. Remy returns to the kitchen, where Linguini reveals the secret of Remy cooking by controlling his movements under his hat to the staff.

Skinner's name is a nod to the late behavioral psychologist B. F. Skinner, who was famous for his experiments with rats.

To Skinner's great amusement, Linguini served him and Ego a simple dish of ratatouille but is surprised when Ego likes it. After Skinner tries his dish and finds its taste irresistible as well, he races to the kitchen to find that Remy and his colony of rats cooked the dish.

Skinner learns that Linguini is Gusteau's illegitimate son and the rightful owner of the restaurant. When Remy discovers the letter in Skinner's office, but Remy gives to Linguini, who forces Skinner out. The restaurant thrives as Remy's recipes become popular; Linguini's life improves, and he develops a romantic relationship with Colette.

Despite the restaurant getting a high-star review from Ego for Remy's delicious recipe, the rats were forced to let Skinner and the health inspector loose, since they cannot keep them cooped up forever. This allows Skinner to report the rat infestation to the health department.

One day, Skinner sees Remy stealing his papers about Linguini being the owner of the restaurant. He pursues Remy on a motorcycle and sees Remy flee aboard boats. He continues his pursuit and is on the verge of catching Remy,
